Reception is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and closed on Sundays. Our friendly team can help with local tips, bookings, and general enquiries.

Can I arrive after hours?

Yes. If you’re arriving after hours, please contact reception during the day to arrange your key collection and gate access details.
